With the Fit Club 24 Fitness & Nutritional Coaching Program you receive the accountability & expertise of personal training on your own time and at a fraction of the cost all through the convenience of our own App!

-Personalized workout programming by a Fit Club 24 Personal Trainer (using the Fit Club 24 App)

-Workouts are written weekly & the app allows you to track how easy each exercise is, so necessary adjustments can be made for future workouts

-Video demonstrations of each exercise built within the App

-Weekly nutritional review & guidance by a Fit Club 24 Nutrition Specialist (through the Fit Club 24 App & My Fitness Pal)

-Goals are set within the App

-You track your eating & nutrition through the App & we will review your choices and suggest adjustments

-Monthly in-person check-ins with a trainer

-Meet in person (or skype if that's easier for client) for a quick workout & update on progress & adjustments that need to be made
