This is a 12-Month Pre-Paid Membership to Fit Club 24 ($40 savings on our normal 12 month rate).

CURRENT MEMBERS, this will be applied toward any existing agreement you have in place & your membership will continue as usual at the end of the pre-paid portion. (do not add an enrollment towards your pre-paid purchase)

NEW MEMBERS, subsequent months beyond the pre-paid portion will be billed automatically via Credit Card or ACH that is on file with Fit Club 24 at the rate of $45 per month. (unless additional family members are added to membership)

If you have an additional family members, add them at the $15/month rate to your cart along with an enrollment per additional member.
